Set Up Fee
* Owner will pay 1 Time Only Set Up Fee $150.00. When the home is rented Preston Real Estate Group will obtain 5% off the 1st Month Rent . You will then be responsible for payments between you and the tenant each month.

- Your rental property is placed on numerous websites, including our own.
